In the UK, most major corporations required employees to be back in the office, promising it would be better for team building and company culture.
The Idea
But the company culture and team building isn’t found in an office. It happens after, during afterwork drinks. The film shows coworkers can become work friends by spending real time together… over a pint. Built in the tone of another standard Return to Office memo, we remind people of the best part of the office: the drinks after the office.
